Create a New User
- Open the Home page, click Sign In then click Request a New User ID link.

Specify this information:
- Desired User ID
- Specify the desired user ID you will use to sign in.
- Full Name
- Specify your first and last name.
- Specify the email address to associate with your account. Messages about your orders and account are sent to this address.
- Company Name
- Specify your company name.
- City
- Specify your company city.
- State/Province
- Specify your company state or province.
- Zip/Postal Code
- The zip code/postal code must match exactly with the zip code of the customer number that we see in VIA2 Customer Detail.
- Country
- Specify your company country.
- Click Submit After submitting your application, we will review it and email confirmation notice to you when the process is completed.
