Working with Account Information

All users can manage information in the sections described here. In each section, click Edit to make updates and then click Save.

Company Information

In this section, you can review and edit the information we have about your company.

Billing Information

Use this section to review and edit billing information. If you have an order with us that has not yet been fulfilled and that is assigned to the existing billing address, you cannot make changes until the order is complete.

Shipping Information

Use this section to review and edit shipping information or to add additional shipping addresses. If you have an order with us that has not yet been fulfilled and that is assigned to the existing shipping address, you cannot make changes until the order is complete.

Payment Information

In this section, you can review and edit payment information.

Note: If you update billing, shipping, or payment information in the Finalize Order section of the Place Order page, the changes are saved to the Account Management page for future orders.

User Profile Information

Use this section to review and edit profile information, including your name, email address, and notification subscriptions.
