Tracking Orders

  1. Open the Order Status page.
  2. Find the order to track.
  3. Perform one of these steps:
    • To see all associated shipment tracking numbers for the order, click Track your Order.
    • To see the tracking number for a single item on the order, click View Order Details, find the item, and click Track this Item.
    Note: On a mobile device, you must expand the order record to access the Track your Order and Track this Item options.
