You can
request a reprinted invoice using the Account
Balance page or the Invoices
page.
Open the Account
Management page and make sure you have specified an email address
for receiving messages.
Open the Invoices page or
the Account Balance page.
Perform one of these steps:
If you are on the Invoices page, find the desired
invoice and click Request a
Copy. On a mobile device, you must first tap View Details and then tap Request a Copy.
If you are on the Account Balance
page, in the Detail section, find the desired invoice and click
Request
Invoice. The Invoices page opens on the selected invoice. Click
Request a
Copy. On a mobile device, you must first tap View Details and
then tap Request a
Copy.
The reprinted invoice is sent to your email address.
