Adding to a Conversation

You can add to an Interactions conversation using the Interactions page or using the Interactions link for specific records that allow interactions.

To add to a conversation using the Interactions page, follow these steps:

  1. Open the page and find the interaction to work with. On a mobile device, you must tap the search icon to see filtering options.
  2. On the desired record, click More. A field for entering your message is displayed.
  3. Specify your message.
  4. Click the send icon. Your interaction message is sent to our service representatives.
  5. To continue adding messages without leaving the conversation, add your text and click the send icon.
    Note: To add to a conversation for a record on another portal page, click the Interactions link for that record, find the conversation to work with, and then click More. On a mobile device, expand the record and drill down to find the Interactions link.
