Canceling Return Requests

If you have submitted a request to return an item, you can cancel that request through our website as long as the RMA status is Requested. If the RMA status is Opened, you must contact our company to cancel the request.

  1. Open the Returns page.
  2. Find the request to cancel.
  3. Click View Details. On a mobile device, expand the record.
  4. Click Cancel this Request.
