Buying a Single Item Again

Note: In some cases, the Buy Again feature is not available on the portal. You will see one of these messages instead:
  • Click here to buy this item again. This link takes you to the Product Details page for ordering the item again.
  • Contact us to buy this item again. You must contact us by email or phone to order the item.

To use the Buy Again feature to reorder a single item from an existing order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Order Status page.
  2. Find the order from which to reorder an item.
  3. Click View Order Details. On a mobile device, you must expand the order record to access line items.
  4. Find the item to reorder.
  5. Depending on the item, you may be able to click Price Options to check for a better price.
  6. Optionally, you can change the quantity to buy. Based on the quantity specified, the unit price for the item may be updated after the item is added to the cart.
  7. Click the add-to-cart icon. If the item already exists in the cart, then the added item is given a new order line.
  8. Go to the Place Order page to complete and submit the order. You can access the Place Order page from the Shop menu or by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page.
