Buying Multiple Items Again

Note: In some cases, the Buy Again feature is not available on the portal. You will see one of these messages instead:

Click here to buy this item again. This link takes you to the Product Details page for ordering the item.
Contact us to buy this item again. You must contact us by email or phone to order the item.

To use the Buy Again feature to reorder some or all items from an existing order, follow these steps:

Open the Order Status page.
Find the order from which to reorder items.
Click Buy Items Again. On a mobile device, you must expand the order record to see this button.
On the Buy Again form, you have these options:
- Change the quantity for one or more items. Based on the quantity specified, the unit price for an item may be updated after the item is added to the cart.
- Remove one or more items. If you remove an item by mistake, you can click Undo to add the item back to the order.
Click Add to Cart. If the cart already contained any of the reordered items, the added items are given a new order line.
On the Place Order page, complete and submit the order. You can access the Place Order page from the Shop menu or by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page.
